  I've still got one of the first ones of this model (had it about 8 years now) and it's still giving perfect results.

  Snap water boy .. Had ours 6+ years and it's been one of our best kitchen investments, we paid the same when boots did a price error from about £30-40 to £19.99
  
  Well built and the defroster is excellent!
  
  At £19.99, I'd buy one again if ours had any faults, but touch wood, she's still going strong.

  Stock is really bad around me (Stockport). The nearest ones left are:
  1 in Congleton

  The centre flip up button things buttons on mine stopped working after a couple of years and it toasts unevenly. I'd pay this much for it now but its not worth the £35 odd i paid for it around 6 years ago.
