  I've had one for nearly 2 year, after 12 months the coating on the egg poacher tray peeled off, Tefal sent me a new one straight away FOC, good service. Apart from that, its been great and I use it most weekends for egg on toast. Paid £34.99 for mine from Argos IIRC.
