Actor-turned-director Guillaume Canet follows up his critically-acclaimed debut MON IDOLE (WHATEVER YOU SAY) with the conspiracy thriller TELL NO ONE. Eight years after his wife's brutal murder, paediatrician Alexandre Beck receives an unsettling email from an anonymous sender. The message contains a link to a video--shot in real-time--of a woman who bears an uncanny resemblance to his deceased wife. Could she still be alive? And why does she instruct him to 'tell no one'? Before he has a chance to lift the lid on this mystery, Alexandre finds himself at the centre of a massive cover-up, with the police desperately trying to pin the blame on him for his wife's murder. Like any good thriller, TELL NO ONE packs in plenty of suspense, intrigue, and a general distrust of the authorities. Based on the best-selling novel by Harlan Coben.

The life and career of Edith Piaf explodes on the big screen with LA VIE EN ROSE, a biopic which focuses on Piaf's relationships with some of the most eccentric personalities of her generation, including Marlene Dietrich, Yves Montand, and many more.

based on the fantastic book by harlan coben.

I'm currently reading the book and I must say.. it is a really good story! (mind i'm only 2/3 of the way through it)
Once I'm finished I might just had to buy this..

this is an excellent film - intelligent, fast-paced and definitely worth a tenner let alone £3.99!

Worth seeing

I liked it, but I saw the ending coming a mile away. It was obvious she was a man and that the guy was a ghost, and that the cripple was the bad guy.

Just like "Gone Baby Gone" by Dennis Lehane, it's a film that couldn't really fail because it came from a superb book by a superb author...

Harlan Coben has been consistently one of the best crime writers for years. His Myron Bolitar books are amazing and his newer stand-alone books have been just as good...i'd defy anyone to put them down after the first chapter...

all in all - great books, great film - heat and rep added - nothing but love here!

I remember hearing that it was being made into a film ages ago but then didn't notice that it had come out. Will have to pick it up at this price. Loved the book.

great film, and at £3.99 I'm thinking worth buying to save me the job of trying to copy it from my sky box to temperamental dvd recorder

love that chase across the ringroad... and the nutty baddy woman...

highly recommend

It's a good film, definitely worth a blind buy at £3.99 - lots of twists and turns and keeps you guessing until the end.

I don't get the fixation with Harlan Coben. Every one of his novels is the same. Very mediocre airport trash. That said, this film is EXCELLENT.

Stunning book.
Amazingly brought to life on celluloid!
Michael Caine said a few years ago if there were to be ONE film he wished he was in.... this would be it!

An absolute steal at £3.99.
Stop watching Hollywood ****. Start watching World Cinema!

I love Harlan Coben. Myron Bolitar is fab, and his stand alone books are excellent. Not that long finished Tell No One, so I am definately interested in the film. Although I have heard that the ending is very different to the book, but one that Harlan gave his blessing to. Heat added.

Sell your soul to see this film...or just buy it for £3.99. I suppose that would be easier.

Loved the film, excellent.

Have you been in touch. It says "Double disc set.......":?

Well, clicking on the link now yields nothing of 2 discs; just 1.
I was in a rush when I bought it, and only looked at the product description on here; so, are you 100% sure it did say 2 disc? Because otherwise I will get absolutely nowhere with customer services, and also will look a little bit silly! Also, on the receipts it doesn't say anything about 2 disc. I only really bought it for the second disc, as I have the film recorded on my hard drive.
It's still a cracking deal at 3.99, double disc or not; but sadly not for me without the second disc.

Any help appreciated confirming if it indeed was double disc on the website or not!

Follow link. Go to description. And there it says: -
"Double Disc Set - Special Features
Making Of Feature
Deleted Scenes
Outtakes
Last Shots Of the Actors
Interview With Director Guillaume Canet
Kristin Scott Thomas Interview
Theatrical Trailer
'I Can't Sleep' - Short Film By Guillaume Canet
Hidden Extras"

Let me know how you get on with HMV sorting this out. Sorry; but I only posted the info that's on the site.

I just gave customer services a call, and they have offered a refund, providing I send the DVD back.
To be honest, I cannot be bothered with sending it back (though it is free post), so I'll just have to keep it.
You win some you lose some I guess.

BUT A WARNING TO THOSE THAT MAY WANT TO ORDER - THIS IS NOT DOUBLE DISC. IT IS JUST SINGLE DISC, WITH NO SPECIAL FEATURES WHATSOEVER.
