an alternative if you want the travel kit, 6 quid more than m&s after paying m&s postage but then you have to leave the house for the argos ones, hey ho
#5
Cheers. Just ordered for next Christmas!...well you've gotta start sometime!

Even remembered 5% quidco,

Thanks for the find

I just saw that on the Argos web site its states that these have "Up to 1 hour and 45 minutes battery life." and then it says a few lines down "Up to 32 hours talktime."

Are these not conflicting each other?

Either way great deal I might have to purchase some of these.

Thanks.

Going skiing next month - this should be great.
Thanks

+1 im struggling to find a diffrence apart from the colour and a case to these and the argos ones, or am i missing something?

i have ordered from m&s but will pop to argos to view the ones there and compare the two before i decide.
#13
It seems the ones at Argos come with car charger and ear pieces from looking at the picture.
#14
These have been sold by Aldi in the past.
Made by Binatone.
#15
The difference is that if Argos say it's in stock, it is. if you order on the M&S website it may not be in stock as they don't check stock availability until they try to despatch it. (I don't work for either of them!)

I have these; battery life not great but they are good walkie talkies as long as carry spare batteries with you ; well worth it for the money

thanks, but finding any tescos deals in the south is like finding a winning lotto ticket and the search is often long winded, i'll see if m&s deliver i have a set on reserve at argos so i'll manage to get at least one set, Im getting them for my kids so i can keep in touch with them on holidays and summer when they are playing out.
#20
These can't be delivered to a local M&S store?

Know what you mean. We have a large local tesco. It doesn't have a collect in store service and never has any of the offers posted on here. Local Sainsbury no better. I recon it's cos we don't have an Asda/Morrisons to compete. Ho hum.
#22
We have an Asda a Morrisons and a collection counter but still there are never any of the deals to be found, and tesco are not very helpful when you ring the store its all to much effort for them.
#23
The only ones i can see on Tesco are these, The M&S ones are far better & great RANGE... I have no idea what i would use them for lol, but sound cool and fun to have...

Thanks, ordered for Ski holidays and festivals

Thanks great find. My 9year old will love these for his birthday....however decided to go with the argos set as the postage for M&S bumps it up to £21.50 so I think its worth paying a bit extra for the case and chargers x
#26
Great find but purchased the argos ones as the extra bits and no postage make it more appealing.

Can these work as baby monitors as well?

If you hold down the button on one with some string or something i cant see why not.

I just got these to day from argos, range was good. But i was hoping for a PTT button on the head set that came with them but it didnt have one. Still good tho.

The battery would run out in an about hour. If you only monitor the child for an hour or so, it will be fine.

Good point! Didn't think of that. Do u know if you can get head sets for these with inline PTT buttons? I had a look about but couldn't see any that confirmed working with these.
