They were 99p in one of the German supermarkets!
£1 is the normal price.
Anything higher is the rip-off price scam as the Frijj, Pringles, Coke, Pepsi scams.

I had a tub of Heroes earlier. I'm sure they've changed since last year (I must have had about 6 tubs then!). Dairy Milk, Wispa and Caramel taste horrible :(

All chocolates have shrunk in size.

I thought Cadbury Roses increased in size and are super sweet. Since the takeover, the chocolates do not seem to taste the same.

In times of hardship chocolate sizes decrease as a way to increase prices.
Others are in the same game.
Look at Coke's nonsense of 1.75 l for the price of 2 l with the excuse of a new bottle.

Cadburys chocolate used to contain a glass and a half of FULL CREAM milk. Now its advertised as a glass and a half of milk, so likely semi skinned.

They're made in Poland now as well after Cadbury's new owners closed the UK factories. They seem intent on ruining the company. First creme eggs now this travesty!

I had read that there's also a shortage of cocoa but that's from word of mouth rather than based on concrete evidence.

You can't call it Chocolate. That's why it is just called Cadbury Dairy Milk - it is because it is made from plasticised palm fat and 'unlisted flavourings' rather than exclusively cocoa solids and cocoa butter. ***vegetable fats (palm, shea), emulsifiers (SOYA lecithin, E442, E476, sunflower lecithin), flavourings, HAZELNUT paste.

I had no idea chocolate was such a controversial issue.
