Tesco 515g packs of Chicken £6.00 BOGOF @ Tesco
Another glitch from Tesco, buy two or four, six etc of the packs of chicken along with a couple of other things (found this helps at CS) and go to self scan. I got charged full price with no BOGOF. Take your receipt to Cutomer Service and point this out and you will get doudle the difference refunded.
ie. I bought 4 packs and got charged £24, got a refund of £24 and my Chicken for free.

Jump to unread Post a CommentTried anoter Tesco where it was buy 4 for £12 and CS told me it was wrong chicken i bought and not part of the deal. Same barcode though so bear in mind

Only asking because when I was overcharged in Tesco not long ago the customer service assistant said that they dont do it anymore.

The policy board at CS states if we happen to make a mistake we will give you DTD read it today instore.
Me and a whole load of others if you look on mse. Yes it's not showing online but these packs are still instore at the end of the chiller cabinets not at the main chicken section, but you will have to be quick as it is no longer online you will only find remaining stock. Try getting of your a**e and go to the store.

If you still have the receipt and item go back and argue your case they cannot refuse you it's their policy, but some will try to avoid it.
