Look. Tesco are dropping nintendo hardware (probably) hence the deal.
If you can get stock of this then awesome. If you can't save the Internet your opinion as we already know it.

not been following the wii u prices but isn't this and the 99deal a sudden jump down? tempted but no idea about system!
all major online retailers, including amazon --> amazon.co.uk/Nin…XY4
It's about time this site either admitted they are sponsored by Tesco if that is the case or clamped down on it, ive been to this site for the past 2 or 3 years (at least 2 I know that) and notice a massive amount of Tesco posts for deals that seem far fetched and just happen to be 'specific stores only', usually after its closed for the night and nobody can confirm if real or not.
How did this get to 1500° with only 1 item in 1 store?
If my mate buys me a pint, should I post it in Freebies?

I also picked up a wii u case for a fiver with various accessories inside
Remember, this could be specific to one or certain stores.
And no, I can't buy you one and send it!

you can attach a usb hard drive with Y usb cable (for powering and data transfer) then you can use it for storage
if u physical games u don't need a hard drive
if u buy online games from nintendo shop then it might be worth buying an external hard drive.
Loads in the virtual Tesco store in virtual city
CHEERS

Great deal, thanks OP.
Are you wearing a tinfoil hat?
That just means you missed out though. Doesn't mean it's not true.
Loads of people have posted receipts and I phoned up to check stock and the guy told me the price without me saying anything.
Obviously with things on clearance and with low stock you're going to need some luck. It wouldn't be £84 if anyone in the UK could just walk into their local and get it.
Because several people have confirmed they bought them for various stores? What is it with people like you who only believe a deal exists if they get it themselves.
Luckily this time I managed to bag the last one at Tesco Bradley Stoke Extra. Even better, a premium with the Lego game.
Thanks OP.

I went to Tesco's at Toton, Long Eaton, Beeston, Carlton and Top Valley.
Not a single one had them or even anything on the shelves to do with Wii U.
Happy hunting!!

Aye you might be able to interface your hard drive with her usb port or get a slap.

Definitely give it a go.
All week I was phoning up stores with no luck, didn't bother visiting any. Then today I went to the one nearest my house (they didn't answer their phone yesterday), absolutely 0 Nintendo stuff on shelves (though plenty of PS and MS stuff) and they found one Lego bundle hidden in the back (and a Mario U bundle which is expensive). This was in a SuperStore which Tesco's website claims don't sell games, they say only Extra's sell games.
I reckon some of the stores I phoned up and said no, might actually have them, but they were just telling me outdated system information or only checked the shop floor. I didn't bother asking any of the stores I phoned to check the stockrooms. Also most of the stores I phoned are Extra stores, there are loads of Superstores I didn't bother phoning and some that wouldn't answer. I reckon there are more knocking about than people are thinking, especially in densely populated areas with loads of Tescos.
So basically. Go to your nearest Tesco Extra or SuperStore. Ask them to check the stockroom. If not successful then go to your next nearest Extra or Superstore. Rinse and repeat until you get lucky. If you get really desperate try a Metro (or Express or even Petrol Station lol), as you never know what could have ended up being delivered to a stockroom somewhere haha.
