In Tesco at Handforth Dean last night to get my daughter a paddling pool on display at the front door they had these 8ft fast up pools advertised at £30 paid via self checkout and it went through at £14. I think it was a bargain and wanted to share.

2300 litres = 2.3 cubic litres - I'm on a meter and reading southern waters charges it's approx £7 to fill this (looked at their water and waste charge per cubic litre) so not too bad!

Got one online Collecting tomorrow, pool & groundsheet (12ft as others out of stock) and the cover for it came to £26 got to be worth a go even if it lasts a few weeks at £14 the ground sheet and cover won't be broken.

Not sure about chemicals as at £7 to refil vs £24-30 for six weeks worth of chemicals ... With cover shouldn't be too bad - I was lucky enough to have a 12ft rigid pool as a teen and definitely lasted over 2 weeks after a refill before it stated to show any algae and that was with 4+ grubby teens in after school daily :-)
