As the title says - Bird's ready to serve rum flavour sauce is selling for 1p, reduced from £1.19. This is at the Tesco store in Belmont, North London. They also had brandy flavour sauce for the same price!

That's one (p) hell of a saving :?

Check the "use by" dates before you stock up.... the cartons we bought last December have a use by date of 28th Feb 2010. I wonder if they're trying to clear Xmas stocks....

1p items are meant to be removed from sale, but a bargain if your store are a bit slow

Got one in Enfield, the ticket said 29p but it scanned 1p, there's plenty more on the shelf. I'm not sure what to do with it though:?

Your personal preference in the product described should not be a factor.

If you do find, however, that the product is not for you, just move on.

I had this at xmas and it really does taste disgusting - ended up throwing it away.
