  72% is a good amount of pork to have. They NEED fat to have moisture... any higher than around 85% and they are so dry you may as well eat Quorn sausages...

  A couple of these contain a third of the recommended daily fat intake, but perhaps more disturbingly a quarter of daily salt intake. Love them myself, but gonna have to pass for diet reasons!

  If we're talking about about 72% of the whole sausage, then probably around 15-20% is apple, not fat. There's a lot of apple in these - literally large chunks of the stuff, but they are awesome.They're by far the least fatty I've used too, except for the ultra-lean types that usually taste like crap.

  Not a fan of any Tesco sausages.... far too much salt / fat content across the entire range for me.
  
  Sainsbury's Cumberland sausages win hands down every time imho.
