It depends what day/time you have delievery (from £3.50) but available on grocery site so order your groceries as well and it makes it worth while

I always remember that a 'medicine' spoon size is 5ml. That allows me to estimate!!!

My Sanctuary full size products are 250ml - the travel sizes are usually 50/75 ml.

Hope that helps!

These must be pretty big - for example a standard size tub of face cream is 50ml
#16
[QUOTE=mumbojumbo]This has got to be a misprice? Hot deal if you can get!

Think you must be right - and looks like they're selling out fast - the bath and body collection gift set at £0.87 has disappeared from the site now
#17
cant find these anywhere :( even when i type in 'finest' to the search engine
#18
Thanks, just got a load for teacher presents. I put 'finest' into search and they came up fine.

just wondering ... ive been to my local store and they had some of the items i ordered but just creams no bags .... when the delivery comes and its costs £3.50 .. if he only has the creams can i refuse delivery or will i still be charged for that
#25
Well my order just came, i ordered 60 quids worth of various stuff, and all the finest toiletries were substitued with high priced products. The driver's idea was for me to keep my little amount that i wanted, then phone customer services and ask for my delivery back. Excellent worked a treat, nappies brought to the door!
#26
ordered mine yesturday, they got delivered today but the driver didnt even bring the products to the door as i ordered £17 worth and only a few were in stock so they gave me all tesco finest stuff which came to £57 so sent it all back.
#27
I'm not understanding the above? Is the poster trying to say he was charged £57 for £17 worth? :|

I was about to order a all if the Finest range but now I'm not sure - there's no point if they charge triple the price.
#28
no they substitute the unavailable things with instock items which are much dearer.
#29
Any free delivery codes? Or any codes!

See:

I didn't buy most of the stuff the money-off was for but most of them worked for me.

today someone charged my card £64.09 ... well im guessung tesco as thats all i have ordered ... so it will all be going back , but my question is how long before the money goes back on my card .... i was just going to order something and i cant now :x
#32
I guess they're running out of stock -
At the checkout stage there is a section 'choose substitutions' - just click on 'do not substitute any item' then you will not be brought anything you did not order and therefore not be charged for any higher priced items in the first place - and if nothing's in stock any more, they won't deliver, so no delivery charge.

i didnt notice the box ... trust me
#34
It's on the left hand side of the confirmation page - I use it every week when I do my grocery shopping so they don't send any substitutions
banned#35
trust me not to notice it ... now going to be at least 3 days to get my money back..... i think they should check with you before replacing your order with things that are so much more money
#36
I received a phone call from the local store to say that the finest items were not in stock and asking whether I wanted the remainer of my order. I declined.
Received a phone call half an hour later from the manager apologising and saying that they would deliver the remainder of my order at no charge (ie the items not just the delivery).
Just delivered half an hour ago - 1 bottle of Malt whiskey, 1 pack of smoked salmon,1 carton of coke and the Xmas radio times.
Christmas came early.
Voted red hot
