Just picked up some of these folding camping chairs from my local store (chorley) for £2.99. Yellow SEL on shelf showed £5.98 down to £2.99.

A quick check online shows the same chairs for £4.41 so not sure if store specific.

Cheesey.

they had them and other outside stuff reduced at ours on Saturday. Picked up a kids plastic table £2 well chuffed.

These are the ones that find in the bin when camping after they snapped. Good price but don't expect then to last.

Had some in the Bridlington store yesterday, but not really a good idea if you weigh more than 8 stone!! Stopped buying them as we had to throw them away after every trip, just ordered one of these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Aztec-Directors-Chair-Cream-Stripe/dp/B002AKJ8HE/ref=sr_1_43?ie=UTF8&s=sports&qid=1246345856&sr=8-43 really great quality for the price

For £3 gingerboy what do you expect ffs?

Paid £6 in Tesco a couple of weeks ago so this is a great deal, and took it camping, full of drunken antics and it didn't snap.

You didn't have sex on the chair hard enough, shame on you.

Perfect for festivals, where there's a good chance they'll get nicked anyway.

These were £4.99 in the Hasting Tesco yesterday!

2.99 in Tesco Colney Hatch, picked one up on Sunday.
As a group have bought 6-8 of these in the past and used on 3 camping trips plus park use.
Only one broken so far.

This is what I don't like about stuff we buy nowadays. They are badly made and we end up using twice and they have to be dumped. They all end up clogging the environment.

I bought my son three pairs of shoes - none of them lasted more than half a year!

I hope someone would do something about quality control. In the end, this earth where we are living in suffers!;-)

good deal, been needing a chair to sit outside on. too much hassle to drag a kitchen chair out of the flat!
#13
we brought some when full pricce, not snapped n im a big lady. taken them to the splash park several times and out to the seaside yesterday still going strong. no compalints and i paid full price.

My £5 one from 2001 still works. They only break if your too lazy to sit in them slowly or your not careful when folding/unfolding. Like most things, treat it with a bit of care and it will last longer.

At £3 though you may aswell buy 2 just in case ;)

Wish this offer also applied to the 5 Ways store in Birmingham, but I checked and it doesn't! :-(

Online sold as two for £11.96 so will probably only be available in the major Tescos.
