  Looks good to me, heat added, but as with most of these 'tesco specials' you'll be very very lucky to find one at your local. If you do though, this is a very good buy.

  You can ring the Tesco helpline 0800 505 555 9am to 6pm.
  I wish you luck though. Unless your request is simple you
  can be on the line for ages, given duff information or just
  cut off. I tried to find a store stocking an i-can HD Freeview
  box and and was given wrong information. Most of the staff
  seemed disinterested in helping me at all.

  warning to anyone that buys one of these, having owned one, and returned it...
  They never did manage to sort out all the issues with these things. You will buy it, and it will seem fine, and you will deal with it's 'quirks' and after a few weeks, it will just bug the crap out of you, with the resets, the crashes, the unreliability of it...
  
  Not saying don't buy, feel free to judge for yourselves, but don't ever forget, you were warned!!

  New firmware came out 2 days ago that is actually pretty good - fixes most of the issues that were plaguing me with the Feb 2011 firmware. At 95 quid, this is a serious bargain, but like other posters said, this will be hard to find. I never saw it in my local Tesco (which stocks various Technika media products) ever since its launch in June 2010. Oh, and a new UI has been promised for later this year, but don't hold your breath.   The new UI has been consistently promised since it was launched over a year ago, don't hold your breath!
  And according to the forum at avforums, the new firmware still ain't up to much. It still can't do the basic functions of a pvr reliably. Until it can, it will still be a potentially good, but currently frustrating box.

  As above - the latest firmware is great - I've had no problems at all with the box. A twin freeview HD PVR with iPlayer and excellent DLNA codec support (MKVs etc) for under £100. This is the bargain of the century - if you can find one.
