Tesco's own always ends up being cheaper /kg. will check it out later and if it's isn't i'll be buying loads!!
#2
online it's even better, as you say they're £1.85 and get 2 free. Works out that the more you have, the more they owe you!!! Lol.
#3
yes GingerDi. lol

15 packs = £27.75
Multi saver saving £37.00
total cost - £9.25

so they pay you £9.25 to take 15 packs away lol

GingerDi you should also check if Tesco have any deals on sick buckets too. I wouldn't even feed this muck to the dog.

I noticed that but I doubt it will work as they have a price disclaimer that says the delivery price can be different to the basket price.
#7
Should I not bother getting 12 packs then??

Will it be higher when it arrives? but don;t you pay for it now?
#8
Oh actually i've just read it so they will pick it insote and it will be £340 so the charge will be that!

but this is the online offer price so basket price will be the same as the delivery price

I have 15 packs being delivered tomorrow so hopefully they will be out of stock and substitute for a better brand lol

took my basket down by about a tenner too but not fussed if they still charge me the £1.87 for 3 packs oO

Yes the offer price will be the same but if you are adding these to the basket & its giving you a minus in the basket( see previous comments) then dont expect to get the basket price unless you are very lucky

You all know that these are "formed" scampi. ie. the minced up bits, NOT the proper wholetail scampi? Like the difference between minced fish fingers and fillet. It's nowhere near as nice. Apologies if you all knew already, but just a wee warning in case you didnt.

It's obviously a mistake it looks like when you put 3 in the basket the multisave is taking 3 off instead of 2 when it gets picked and scanned it will only take 2 off looks like a web error which will be corrected when picked

If the online price is currently showing £1.85 that's the price you'll get right now instore.

They'll fix it by tomorrow but the online price comes directly of the same system that feeds the prices to the tills.

im pretty sure if you were to fill your trolley tonight with 39 bags of scampi and 2 bottles of vodka you wouldn't get it for £1.85, you actually think the cashier would allow you to buy all that for £1.85 lol

LOL - that wasnt a proper basket, just an example!

Have purchased from tesco grocery online in the past, and my shopping comes from my local extra store. You should get charged online price ,but they tend to charge you instore price which is higher, usually blame dot com for pricing errors just
double check online price then take your print out from your driver and product (in this case would leave in freezer) to customer service desk where they should refund you double the difference if overcharged it should be advertised on a poster on wall behind the desk have done loads of times.

Err....

Take it through a self service till.

That's what I did since I posted my original message, got 6 bags, two bags of £1 chips ketchup and peas and it cost me pennies.
