heat, hope this is instore, thanks.

I picked mine up in Hartlepool Tesco Extra few hours ago, I doubt they will have them in Tesco Express/Metro but always worth looking. I found mine on the shelves along with a lot of dairy free products like egg replacers etc so anyone who can't see them ask a member of staff.

Boycotting of the following supermarket chains is taking place this Saturday. Tescos, Sainsburies and Asda, seems this is a national protest. The big supermarkets are the most unethical of retailers. They need to stop buying Israeli produce when the same produce is and can be grown here. We need to support our local farmers and not rely on produce being flown in especially not from Israel.

Shock horror supermarkets unethical thanks for making us aware!

And there is your answer people. Boycott Tesco, Sainsburys & Asda. Not for just this month but make a difference and start changing your lifestyle which will hurt these people in their pockets /profits. Bring them to their knees. Shop at CoOp and Morrisons who have said they will not buy Israel products and will not stock them.

Start shopping at Lidl too

Will boycott make a difference? Probably not unless the supermarket is in a area where the boycott can actually make a difference but that would only be local so not a real problem for the supermarkets.

This is just like the Petrol boycotts, you know the facebook/email farce that claims we can hurt the big suppliers by all avoiding BP/Shell/Esso/Texaco/KFC or whatever.

Yeh I only posted up some sweets as these are a bit of a rare find for me being vegetarian especially being on offer too and now it almost a protest thread.

If the British public were really interested in boycotting Israeli products they could just stop buying them. The fact is they do buy them, otherwise the supermarkets wouldn't sell them. So if the public don't care enough to make the "effort" to even switch to the same produce but from different countries, it's no surprise that the boycott was so ineffective.

You could argue that we should support our local farmers but are you sure the farmers are worthy of it?
How many local farmers have killed or lobbied to be able to kill, badgers?
How many local farmers still allow illegal hare coursing?
How many local farmers fought for fox hunting to continue?
How many local farmers support secret GM crops?
How many local farmers still keep battery hens?
How many local farmers abuse their animals like this?
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2512203/Animal-rights-activists-film-horrific-abuse-pigs-Tyson-farm.html
There are so many more bad and cruel examples. Just look them up. They are so easy to find.
