Yes Tesco have a flashing neon sign saying 'fillers' above their items.

As an aside, are HKUD'ers in a state of constant readiness for stuff like this? Most seem to go from 0-instore very quickly.

Like the fire brigade, but for Tesco misprices. Wouldn't surprise me if they put flashing lights on the car to get there quicker.

So why are you even in this thread?

    steve23094

If somebody keeps buying this much crap and feeds it to their kids they … If somebody keeps buying this much crap and feeds it to their kids they will grow up to be very fat and unhealthy, if they're not already.Because I'm not lazy I make my kid's meals. It teaches them the importance of and gets them into the routine of a balanced diet. Food habits learnt when young are exceptionally difficult to change when older.

Seriously, nobody cares. You're in a thread about cheap pizza, but you think cheap pizzas are crap, why post at all? Nobody feeds their kids this for every meal, but there is nothing wrong with eating pizzas etc. occasionally. I eat stuff like this, I'm 6 foot tall and 11 stone, it doesn't make you unhealthy just because you don't make everything from scratch every single day and it doesn't make you superior because you say thats what you do.

Mikey, explain how you do this mate X)Semi srs.

You can buy up to five pizzas / desserts at a time, but you need at least 10 unique items in your basket (so each type of pizza / dessert = one unique item), top up with 10p sweets or fruit and veg etc.

    So you could do...

    2 margherita
    3 american
    2 guzillionaires shortbread
    1 keylime cheesecake
    1 choc and vanilla c'cake
    1 lemon cheesecake

That's 6 unique items. Pick up 4 different 10p sweets to make it 10, then head to the checkout!

yes, these deals are very specific, I'm afraid. your other items could possibly have been cheaper at Tesco, which difference would have been taken off your brandmatch amount. this is why its so important to only buy the specific items listed. for example;.... you are 'awarded' £4 for your meal deal. You've also bought some crisps, they happen to be on offer at tesco, and are £1 cheaper, thus your brandmatch gets reduced to £3. Next you buy some Coke, that s also £1 cheaper at Tesco, on offer- your brandmatch is down to £2... Next you pick up some coffee, which is £2 cheaper at Tesco. Your brandmatch has completely been eroded. Thats why everyone says to buy either 10p sweets, individual fruit or veg items, or a combination. Also, are you definitely sure you had 10 different barcodes on your receipt?
