This is my first deal so please go easy...long term reader and thought I would give something back rather than just take take take :)

Popped into my local Tesco last night and in the fridge at the front of the store where they normally have the Tesco finest meal deal they have a new cook your own weekly deal. This week it was Chicken and Leek Pie and I must say it was absolutely gorgeous.

In the meal deal you get:-

Pack of 2 chicken breast
bag of ready sliced leeks
Tesco Finest chicken stock
Tesco pouring cream
Shortcrust pastry

There is a recipe card at the side and you just follow and enjoy. It was much nicer than a ready made warm up and felt the benefit of cooking from scratch.
