Best dessert I ever had was in a remote restaurant on the southern tip on the north island in NZ Mississippi mud pie - mmmm mmmm.
Moderation is the key,i'm sure it won't kill you unless you have it every day :D
Lets go back to a day earlier in the month when I had burnt about 3000 calories cycling.
This sort of thing is exactly what I would NEED to stay 'fit and healthy'.
There is no one food item that is specifically 'healthy' or not, it depends on the individual and their circumstances at the time.

And just how many buyers of this sort of junk do you imagine burn 3000 calories exercising or working before eating it?
In any case, do you really NEED things like Tetrasodium Diphosphate, Sodium Alginate, Xanthan Gum and Carob Gum to stay fit and healthy? Would you really use ingredients like those, if preparing something similar at home? There are plenty of ways of replacing burnt calories without resorting to junk food.

I entirely agree, and am not suggesting anyone is likely to eat this every day. But I'd be willing to bet that most people who buy this live largely off convenience food every day, most of which contains ingredients you wouldn't use at home or at least contains more fat, sugar and salt than you would use if preparing the same dish at home.
In any case, the high fat and sugar content, even if eaten only occasionally, is habit forming and people begin to find food with less fat and sugar unpalatable. Simple example - if you're used to sugar in coffee, you'll find unsweetend coffee unpleasant, but if you've never had sugar in coffee, you'll find sweet coffee unpleasant.
