That looks pretty nice actually.

My only problem is I like everyone of the colours.. Can see myself owning more than 1 in October when they get reduced further

I've added some additional info to the description. Cheers for posting OP. Have some heat!!

I bought the red one for £14 last week.
Once it's built up it's really good. If your undecided just buy it you won't be disappointed for £10.

I think for a tenner this would make a nice log burner you could gather round for those late night outside drinks.

Just be aware there are 10 or so sets of nuts/bolts/washers and they don't provide screwdrivers or spanners which you will need to make it stable.

I bought when it was £14, great little portable bbq

Red seems to be OOS now.

Indeed, great shout!!!

Just tried to pick it up in store, still £20. If you would have ordered it online 2 hours ago into your local store you could have picked up the same BBQ for £10. This seems to me is a questionable praxis, will look somewhere else.

Anyway OP good spot

Thanks

Retro?.....looks positively futuristic to me.....

I got the red 2 weeks ago for £14, bit fiddly to build but very happy with it for our caravanning and camping. I just emailed Tesco on a live chat and they have confirmed they will refund me the £4 diff in price. If the price decreased within 28 days they will refund the difference. Just had a confirmation email. Superb service.

Does it withstand the heat ok? Can be a issue with cheap bbqs.

Thanks OP. Ordered the turquoise!

Not used yet so don't know but looks very sturdy else hubby would have sent it back. We had one similar a few years back with no issues.

Personnally think the tesco one looks better and it's nearly 90% cheaper

Haha, well, fair enough, but I've owned a Smokey Joe for well over a year now (which I got for under £50 at a BBQ festival) and it is faithfully an exquisite little thing - I'd put the equivalent money on saying the Tesco one will rust and cripple by the end of this summer, what's the point?
