Rucksacks half price at Tesco in store (in Newtownbreda store, Belfast - presume nationwide). I previously bought the "Tesco 70 + 15L Rucksack" for £34.25 and considered this great value. I've been very impressed with the quality. At half that price it's a real bargain. Still listed as full price (£34.25) on tesco.com.

They had other smaller rucksacks at half price too.

They also had some other camping gear at half price.
Compass watch - £8
Hydration bladder - £4.40
Binocular and flask set - less than a fiver.

I'm just waiting for the sleeping bags to go to half price...

My son has the 65L rucksack from tescos for his Duke of Edinburgh Award. It is really good and when he took it in the instructors were saying how good it was and asked where he got it from. When he said Tesco they all of a sudden decided that it might not be so good and maybe the clips were weak!! Snobs... they thought he should have Berghaus or something. He is currently onhis second expedition this weekend so I will let you know how it has stood up to it when he returns tonight.

My son is back from his 2 day trek in the peak district. His rucksack is still in one piece and he said it was quite comfortable ( it weighed 12kg when he left). No broken zips or clips so it has stood up well to two expeditions now.
