Great value when you just need a few and not a huge pack.

These are rubbish look at the dye on them they look more like CD's you will get loads of coasters out of these, light dye means crap disc if you go in poundland they sell 5 discs at a £1 and when i tested them they where Taiyo Yuden which are the best discs money can buy. At £1 for 5 that puts them at the price any local computer shop would sell you a pack of good ones that makes them £5 for 25 which is how much some Datawrite,Ritek or other decent discs will cost.

So stone cold.

Got to agree with polly69 there, if it's something you plan to keep, please don't use this rubbish.
I learned the hard way and lost a lot of data using these same discs!

I don't if anyone has posted this but Tesco are doing Kodak 16xDVD-Rs 50 packs for £5.00.

I would generate a thread but I always seem to duplicate others.

The missis is going to tesco later and will ask her to have a look for the kodak discs as they where not bad last time i had some and for a film for a friend they are fine.

As for backing up to dvd/cd today i wouldn't there to unreliable hard storage is the only way for backups that are important do yourself a favour and get a 500gb+drive and dedicate that to storage.
