These appear to be available online and in store. We just bought two packs.

I know people often prefer free range, and we do too, but with money being tight it is a great offer.

You'll only see the link if you log in at Tesco.

Grow up! The point of chickens is to produce eggs and then themselves be eaten - no other reason for them.

So if it means I can get 15 eggs for £1, then I honestly couldn't give a t*ss if they are kept in a matchbox or in a huge field.

"Free range lovers/tree huggers/sheep sha**ers" go find something else to moan about.

Great deal - I do find the egg police a little tiresome.

Free Range doesnt mean that the farmer has names for the chickens and hunts the eggs from under bushes etc as they play games!

The family is important, chickens come some way down the list of priorities in these times, there is nothing tight about feeding your family on a budget.

LOL.......

Oh and voted cold because battery eggs are bland tasteless rubbish with anaemic yolks... and the usual animal welfare blah blah etc etc.

Ha ha! What a quality answer! You two Gingerboy, gave me a right giggle the pair of ya! :-D

To be honest I have always bought Free Range Egg's because the do taste so much better, plus my 5 year old Girl loves 'Dippy Egg's and Toast' and I want to give the best. But of late I too have started buying these egg's for general cooking, omelets ect and reserving the Good 'uns for the wee Lass.

So Heat from me too!

I don't understand people.
I buy my eggs from a local farm. If you keep your eyes peeled when driving to work, you may see them sying "eggs for sale"

I buy 6 eggs for 50p and they are amazing free range and delicious.
I dread to think how old the supermarket eggs are let alone how disgusting the chickens surroundings are.

Don't support supermarkets!
Support local farms. Most butchers sell eggs from farms too.
They are dead cheap (no pun intended).
Sometimes, you'll find double yolkers and duck eggs too!
#28
For sure, the chickens are having a ****** life, but there's a credit crunch on and everyone is skint. It's up to the chickens to evolve, become 10 feet tall, take over the world. stuff all of us humans in cages and force us to squeeze eggs out of out jacksies on a daily basis!

If that's the case, just go out and eat some mud.

No... Its about getting value for money. Just because something is cheap it does not always make it a good deal.
I consider this product to be substandard and not worth having even if it was half this price.
#32
booooo! in all good conscience you can't eat these things produced by poor, miserable, abused chucks.
