Cold voters should pay attention to the description. Even in the 90's I was paying 33p a pack and this is only 20p. I got 2.5KG for £1, so whats wrong with that?

Just came home from Tesco and bought 2 packs. Even the price of the Tesco Value Rice went from 0.75p to 0.60p

This stuff is fine, i have it all the time. It used to be 29p a bag, the price seems to keep going up and down, never seen it this low though!

Havnt seen this in my local! :O jealous.

might be worth checking the prices of Asda and Morrisons as it might be pasta price match/wars they are about 30p normally and Morrisons are twists....makes a change to penne hot

seriously, i don't know how anyone can eat this crap. Invest £1 more in some decent pasta, it'll be worth it trust me.

voted hot for the price - as this deal will be good for someone - but i am with italoarmstrong - the value pasta is quite unpleasant whatever way you cook it.

M&S has had a good deal - expires 31st Jan I think - 64p for 500g premium Penne pasta.

We had some of this just yesterday for lunch. You have to cook it a bit longer than normal to get it nice and soft but wasnt bad for the price. Hot.

Our dogs love it!

Ive bought it before and with a pasta sauce, didnt notice any difference from any other pasta. & with price drop, good deal :)
#22
i prefer to pay a little extra for decent pasta..

On the advice of an Italian friend I've just switched to De Cecco £1.45 for 500g. It is nice and stays al-dente even if you overcook it a bit. But it's 7 times the price of this Tesco value range so, in these times of austerity, I think I might give the Tesco's one a go.

oh right, thanks for that....erm,think i will just stick to cooking it properly (which i guess some would call over cooking it)
#29
Can't go wrong at that price. obviously fresh pasta is usually nicer, but this is ideal for an easy, CHEAP meal. heat added. 4 packs bought. Thanks
