I can never find this. Is this priced correctly on the shelf or does it come off at the mentioned price at the tills? Also, is there a product number/model number?

The drills where on a shelf in the hardware section with a shelf label with £4.98 on it. Sorry but I can't help with product code as I've already binned the boxes. Not sure if the product code on Tesco direct is useful in store?

Did you buy one? You were obviously keen

I mean a brand new member goes out at 3.00am in the morning to try buy one. Amazing!

If I was that keen, I'd have certainly paid the extra fiver!

Laugh......I nearly bought a round.:-D
rep for that.

I love my Makita....don't see the point in buying a cheap drill.

AVOID.

I bought one of these for around the tenner mark last year. Was awful. Wanted it as a cordless screwdriver, but even the lowest torque setting made it impossible to control the speed enough.

I would say even a fiver is too much.

Went for a budget one from B&Q for circa 20 and this was infinitely superior. Only plus for tesco one was the phillips / slot head drill bit.

you have been warned !!

I've had one of these for about 2 years and it breaks me everytime I have to use it.... :-(

More like a power screwdriver than a drill!

I hide it away from any visitors... just in case they see!!!

One of my drill bits cost more than that!
