Bargain! Had the straight cut version and it lasted a long time before I decided to shred about 1,000 pages in a single day. Poor machine died on me. Can't blame it as it had a low duty cycle.

Nevertheless would recommend at this price.

As always with this site, I buy something the week before an offer comes on HUKD. I bought this from Asda Nottingham for £12 on Sunday - shredded about 20 pages and it clogged up and is now not able to shred...utter rubbish and going back tomorrow! I wouldn't even pay £3 for it now.... but would have on Sunday so Heat added!

I had the exact same problem, i got accused of using too much paper at once (2sheets clogged it up) the cust service lady simply pulled all paper out, said its working now and wouldnt refund.

She said that if it clogs thats the users fault, not the machine, i said it states up to 7 sheets of a4 at once can be shredded, she said well you must have used more, i said no, 2 sheets.

Couldnt be bothered carrying on arguing so just gave up

me too. Its clogged constantly unless the peper was pristine with no creases and went in at a perfect angle. Only worked for 2 minutes then needed 30 minutes rest ...sounds like a typical work ethic lol. Took it back and got a refund no problems.
