We went a couple of years ago and its probably not even worth the £12 to be honest...
Great price, shame it would take us most of the day to just go up and back down from London.

Thanks, had not realised it had sold out. Will expire.
Just checked today and the website is sold out :(
I used to work at the one in Devon, so i cant speak for Durham specifically but the one thing i would say to parents taking their kids is that it was a health and safety nightmare (and im not exactly a fan of the heath and safety culture in this country in general). The 'training' the staff had was pretty much non existent, and often performed by the ones who had started a few weeks before. I was quite surprised for example that while on a building site you would need a license to use this kind of equipment, but at Diggerland the (often teenagers) running the machines where people actually sit in the digger buckets and get swung around etc don't have to take any tests. I'm amazed they get insured if I'm honest.

As i said perhaps the others aren't as bad as Devon, and perhaps Devon has improved since i was there a few years ago, but i saw too many accidents (though not injuries luckily) and near misses for my liking.

Mmmn, normal price is £16.99 each so that = £67.96 So where are they getting this normal price of £80 from I wonder....

£40 option is still cheaper, but definitely not half price.

Taken from the Diggerland Site:

Full Price Entry - £16.99 per person (90 cms to age 65)

Half Price Entry - £7.99 per person (age 65 +)

Under 90 cms - Free of Charge (very limited access to Digger rides)

Disabled Carers - Free of Charge (1 allowed per disabled paying customer)

It says you are saving £3 per ticket by booking online in advance, so gate price would be £19.99 each, so very close to the £80 Regular price.

Yeah....just noticed the online discount! But using this voucher saves you about £28 off the reduced online price :-) So pocket the difference, or use the discount to buy the family some lunch at one of those terrible cafes they have onsite at these kind of places(yummy oO )....or pop to a Toby, Hungry Horse or something of that ilk for dinner on the way home(if you prefer more than a little meat in your burger lol)!!
