Great series but I am a bit apprehensive ordering from Foxy. A quick Google has uncovered no end of problems with customers orders and emails not being returned.

Hi Guys,

Yes, that thread has caused us no end of problems and is completely untrue. Unfortunately there is no way of us getting it removed despite emailing the site admin on many occasions to tell them it is untrue. (Any suggestions welcome) Sadly, no-one ever posts to say when their query or problem is resolved satisfactorily and that particular forum owner seemed to think it was funny when I asked for it to be removed. Perhaps I should post their email replies to us on it and see if they remove them.

Don't believe everything negative you read on forums, the people with a grumble are usually 100 times more vocal online that the many many happy customers we have and we often find that the ones with the foul mouths online are generally very timid and apologetic when we actually phone them up, I think sometimes people type quite harsh things from the safety of being anonymous.

Feel assured we offer 100% satisfaction or a full refund for returned goods, plus your credit card offers you 100% purchase protection. In this day and age credit card companies make sure you do not pay for things you don't receive so you really shouldn't have any worries whomever you order from. We have hundreds of thousands of happy customers so please feel safe we are a genuine company.

All the best,

Marcus

Foxy dvd delivered my DVDs no problem. And also refunded me when one wasn't in stock.

Credit card companies are not obliged to cover you unless the order is over £100.

Nobody was suggesting that Foxy aren't a real company, people are merely pointing potential customers in the direction of bad reviews that they've seen. The potential customer can then make their up own mind whether they wish to go through with an order.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion afterall.

Showing out of stock now. Was in stock when I ordered early this morning so will let you know it it arrives
#13
Anyone received their's yet? Mine's still showing as "Item requested...".
I did email and apparently it's now out of stock!
#14
However showing in stock on their website for £14.75... another email in order I feel!

This company is a joke. Unfortunately I bought the party line from their employee posted earlier in this thread. Mistake.

First they tell me it's out of stock.
Then it come's in stock but when I track my order it says awaiting stock.
And did I mention they've charged my card?

Hi, by the way. Lurked for a few weeks, but finally decided to join.

Mine never showed either. I eventually claimed a refund. You can call them on 01534 888011 - this is reception's number, you have to ask for foxy.co.uk. They'll probably take a message though, so let them know how annoyed you are and you'll get a call back fairly quickly (or I did, at least).
Hope it helps.

Did anyone ever get this delivered?

Foxy.co.uk take the p**s. They are showing the DVD as in stock but have not dispatched, i have sent a few emails asking but no reply. So i just asked for a refund.

Very poor company, first time I tried to use them and I will not use them again and I recommend that others should stay clear too.

What a joke marcusq! I have e-mailed your company twice regarding a delivery update for this DVD and why my credit card was charged without the DVD being delivered; to date I have had no reply to either e-mail. As you highlighted, I do not consider myself foul mouthed in my request for information on an order that I have paid for, but not received and is currently showing in stock with your Company. Unfortunately, from my experience I agree with the threads that have highlighted problems with your Company. To anyone who is thinking of using Foxy.co.uk, I offer my advice from my experience and suggest you avoid. :x
