Great deal - ordered. Had forgotten about Tintin :-D Any idea where I'd get some of the books reasonably priced, my brother was a huge Tintin fan back in the day, and want to get my 3 sons interested in the books too.

WOW what a deal! Bought this set a couple of years back at double this price and thought that was a great deal for some childhood reminiscing. Totally enjoyable - though probably best digested in small portions over a long period of time, as a bit of "sameness" as I recall.

I've bought two of these. One a couple of years ago for watching and one the other week from play for about £6.00 to keep (I don't know why it was a whim).

So lovely and unPC:

Nasty greedy jews.

Devious two faced hispanics.

Lying, cheating spying slavs.

Disgusting youth corrupting, drug abusing orientals.

Dozy arabs.

And, of course, a fresh faced, indestructible caucasian youth to save western civilization.

If only life was so simple now, eh?

I'd expect these to go up in price when the new Spielberg/Jackson film comes out next year...Buy now!
Incidentally, the long lost live action Blue Oranges and Golden fleece have just been released. More for the completist than the casual viewer I suspect
