Gary Oldman (LEON), Mila Kunis (FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL), and Ray Stevenson (TV's ROME) co-star.

#2
Great price for the blu-ray, cheers andy :D
#3
Daft film.
#4
Very disappointed by this film.

Good price tho, voted hot
#5
**** film. Don't waste your money.
#6
Great deal - crap film
#7
Hmmm it's not a totally crap film, but I certainly wouldn't want to watch it more than once, therefore I don't see the point in buying it. rent it or wait for it on sky. But if you really want the film, or you've seen it and liked enough it to want to buy it, then this price is good.

The film is all about the twist at the end. I didn't see it coming at all but that was because it was pretty daft (as Southwell said) and hits you from left field. I imagine that if you knew the ending the film would be obvious all the way through and pretty boring much like I found Seven Pound (the Will Smith film). I would suggest to rent it rather than buy it (as MrCarbo said).

I really enjoyed this. It is daft I suppose, sometimes deliberately (The cannibal couple for instance! lol) but overall it was very enjoyable. I particularly liked the fact that it all felt & looked like some episode from the Falout 3 computer game. They even had Malcolm Mcdowell - as in the self elected President of the United States in Fallout 3 - right at the tail end of the film!
#10
have to say i thought the film was great and a nice wee twist at the end, good film, £7.99 does seem dear for dvds tho nowadays, 9.99 for bluray is not bad tho
#11
Personally enjoyed this and would watch it again knowing the ending.
#12
Funny - 3 of us were talking at work today about watching this recently and all thought it was a decent flick, good price but I will stick with my download until it becomes a bit cheaper, i'm getting stuck for space to house my 500+ DVDs now...
#13
Frances De La Tour (Miss Jones from Rising Damp) played the cannibal wife !
#14
terrible film
#15
I found this a very entertaining film with a good twist which would make watching the film again quite interesting...
#16
You'd have to be blind not to see the twist coming.
#17
Watched it last night, enjoyed it.
#18
I found it Ok but given the twist it made the previous viewing a bit of a farce. Without wanting to spoiling it how could anyone like him fight like that against all those fully functional armed 'baddies'.

I think the point was that 'god was guiding him'.

***************POSSIBLE SPOILER AHEAD***************

You should watch the Zatoichi films.

You'll think differently then. Plus the spiritual element, as southwell65 already mentioned.

Top film, great story telling, fantastic cinematics, though agreed very Fallout 3 like. Good nonetheless.
People whinging about the twist at the end would quite happily accept John Rambo defeating half the Russian army with his bare hands, but not this twist...

Come on, it's a story - and an enjoyable one at that.
#22
Really bad movie.
#23
Actually watching this last night, I thought it was good, kept me entertained which is a tall order with me I get bored easily watching films.

Ooooooh Miss Joooooneeees!!! ;P
