Espionage thriller trilogy starring Matt Damon as CIA assassin Jason Bourne. In the first film, 'The Bourne Identity' (2002), Bourne is pulled out the Mediterranean by fishermen, badly wounded and suffering from amnesia. Unable to recall either who he is or what has happened to him, his only clue to his identity is the number of a Swiss bank account which has been etched into a device implanted in his body. Following the lead to Zurich, he discovers money, passports and a gun waiting for him, but also earns the attention of the security services and has to leave in a hurry. He then persuades a young woman named Marie Kreutz (Franka Potente) to drive him to Paris, where he hopes to find out his true identity and discover the reason why the CIA are taking such an interest in him. In the second instalment, 'The Bourne Supremacy' (2004), Bourne has left his violent past behind him and is living a normal life with girlfriend Marie under an assumed name. But his plans for a peaceful life are crushed when he narrowly escapes an assassination attempt. Now hunted by an unknown enemy, Bourne must prove that he is not an easy target. In the final instalment, 'The Bourne Ultimatum' (2007), Bourne races to uncover the dark mysteries of his past while a government agent is hot on his trail following a shootout in Moscow. Julia Stiles, Joan Allen, David Strathairn and Paddy Considine co-star.

Stay well away from Gzoop/Priceminister, slow delivery, poor communications (if anything goes wrong you can say goodbye to your pretty GBPs), and if you use a code but the system decides it doesnt like it, they'll take your money anyway.
#2
I have this boxset. Whilst the films are very good (especially Supremacy) they don't benefit hugely from the Blu-Ray format, largely due to the directorial style of the films - Supremacy and Ultimatum mainly.

Great films, but not much HD eye-candy to be had. If you can find them going mega-cheap on DVD, that might be the better deal.

I have nothing but good experiences with them. Always quickly delivered, codes always worked. Am tempted to upgrade my dvd versions to the Blue Ray set here....

Well I didnt say the best looking, the blu-rays are a definete step up from the DVD and are probably about as good as they could look.

I used the £5 new customer code and got it for £9.99. But it involves recommending people and I don't think I can post the link here as that is probably against the site rules.

I've only used gzoop once and they honoured a mis-price when I got The Lord Of The Rings trilogy on blu-ray for £16.49. Also got £2 quidco and £5 off first order so in the end I got it for £9.49

Just ordered this as I've been thinking about it for a couple of months now, £14.99 is a cracking price plus 8% quidco I believe.
#21
hot hot hot, would buy if I didn't already have them on HDDVD
#22
Damn you Hot UK Deals! Have also ordered but paid the 99p for recorded delivery.
#23
As a buyer, recorded delivery is a waste of money as the onus is on the supplier to make sure you get the goods. If they go missing in the post, that is the sender's responsibility. In fact, sometimes posties forge signatures or have a random neighbour sign for stuff. This then gives the sender evidence that someone has received the goods, even if you never see them. Once they have this evidence getting them to re-send stuff can be an utter nightmare. So perversely, you can be worse off as a buyer with recorded delivery.

Cheers Amibee, I just ordered this for £9.99 delivered, using the code BEMYGUEST (when your new to sign up, clicking another members LINK) plus tracked quidco at £1.20, so if it arrives OK, all three blu ray films for £8.79!

;)
