their website is really hard to order from - items out of stock are not clearly inidcated.

I ordered last week, it did not inform me that it was a credit account, they have not contacted me at all. Rubbish service, rubbish information, rubbish rubbish rubbish.

i love studio but then ive never had problems, as for not being informed it was a credit account when you ordered, did you not find it odd you didnt have to fill in card details?! im voting cold though as this so called 'sale' has been on for ages and most stuff isnt priced much differently than before!!

As so often when following a link from HUKD, in order to get the deal, one has to act quickly!! The forms gave 2 options, the second was
' do you have a credit/debit card?' I ticked that option and expected the next stage to be inputing card details. I was then told 'thankyou for your order' etc. And was amazed as I had not input my card details.
So of course I found it odd, and I came straight on to here and asked on the original thread whether it was a credit account, which I was told it was, and I am very annoyed.
And I have heard nothing.
AND I THINK THEY ARE RUBBISH. Sorry.

Shockingly bad outfit.

Credit card, postage and telephone surcharges after you make your order.

21 days have passed and I have no item, no reply to emails, cannot get through on their 0870 phone line as they cut me off after telling me to try again later.

The con is on.

I've had REALLY bad experiences with these guys! They reckoned I'd been late with a payment (even though I paid WEEKS before my payment was due) and slapped a big late charge on my account. I ended up getting Citizens Advice involved and, several letters and phonecalls later, they eventually removed the charge. Wouldn't *ever* shop with them again.

I've only ever ordered one item off of these people, a PSP game. They took the liberty of sending me a catalogue that I never asked for, and charging me £3.95 in postage.
Needless to say, I simply payed off the whole balance in full and didn't use them again. It was delivered quickly enough, but £3.95 p+p for a PSP game is a joke.

Well thank god. I've had a lucky escape then, as there is no way on earth I'd get credit for anything:p

"the christmas sale" but i think you'll recieve nothing in time for christmas, I ordered alias and 24 last month, got dispatched on 22nd but no sign of DVDs, only an invoice and a statement!!

£3.95 postage is their standard amount for an order - if you didnt check your order fully before proceeding, thats your fault.

ive not had many bad experiences with them. plus ive forgotten to pay a few times, and i just ring up and say i posted a cheque - they remove the charge, and i pay over the phone as soon as i hang up.

i got my alias and 24 sets no bother. ordered them early though. i guess some people have worse experiences than others.

lucky you, I've had debt collection agencies chasing me for 2 yrs for a £10 admin fee i refused to pay, debt currently stands at around £80, have wrote with proof of payments etc, & have told various collection agencies to take me to court as I have the necessary paperwork to prove I should never have incurred the charge in the first place, complete bunch of to$$ers

What total **********, shocking. Tell those agencies your going to summons or counter summons and that also it is not possible to use the law to reclaim money less than £25, and that to date they have cost you £200 for time taken to sort the matter out ie time off work, letters, phonecalls and can you have their details to issue a summons for the money. They'll soon leave. Sky tried it with us once for £15 which I did not owe, they sold the debt and hence had these jokers on our case, soon sorted it though. Its more annoying than anything else. But again thanks for the heads up :-)
