Hi

May be a bit dated for todays 9 year olds "special effects" expectations. But it was perfect for a 9 year old in the late 80's early 90's

i'll go for it then-he had some Easter money-and i'd rather he had something like this than a few comics - i'll show him in the morning - luckily he has a few 'older' films and isn't too bothered about special effects !

Thanks heat added:thumbsup:

Because the new films are nothing compared to this old classic. Now all I need the BBC to release is Look and Read: Dark Towers, Geordie Racer and Badger Girl!!!

Not seen both, but very much doubt the special effects of the Beeb could keep up with muti million dollar movie studios......each to their own
