In this heart-pounding apocalyptic thriller from M. Night Shymalan, the writer-director of The Sixth Sense and Signs, an unstoppable event threatens the world's population by attacking the most basic human instinct of all - survival. Academy Award Nominee Mark Wahlberg (2006 Best Supporting Actor - The Departed) stars as Elliot Moore, an ordinary man trying to save his family from a terrifying, invisible killer. As Elliot discovers the incredible possibility of what is happening, it is clear that no one - and nowhere - is safe. This edition features an extended cut of the original film with scenes too shocking for cinemas.

I love the way they say "scenes too shocking for cinemas" yet its rated 15 so clearly they arent-this film is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever had the misfortune to see-not voting cold tho cos I spose it is a good price but it really is dreadful and most places have stock of it piled a mile high so will be cheaper again soon altho no matter what the price was I wouldnt buy it.

I would disagree, but it didn't exactly enrich my life. I was stuck alone in a hotel for a night last week and I watched it from a DVD on my laptop. It passed the time and was ok, but the graphic violence (self-harm) was not really necessary.

So basically everyone has voted cold because they didnt like the film? Well done everybody.

What's funny is how many dont get it. It's a B-movie for heavens sake, it is how it is by choice. If it's UNINTENTIONAL comedy gold you're after try the remake of the Wicker Man. Or almost any film starring Nicholas Cage for that matter.
