The best price i have seen for this boxset yet, if you haven't got it, this is a good delivered price!
Series 1: Roy and Moss toil in the squalid basement of a huge company, fielding IT help desk calls. Roy has a lousy attitude coupled with an eye for the ladies, while Moss is dressed by his mother and has an aerosol can of water clipped to his belt with which to spray his ear when it gets hot. Into their life of 'users', pizza, science fiction and firewalls comes middle manager Jen, a spunky can-do career gal who doesn't know one end of laptop from the other. Can she introduce real life to men who email the fire brigade in an emergency, who invent a psycho for an internet dating site and display sympathetic PMT symptoms once a month? 'The IT Crowd'. It's more than a way of life, it's a sitcom.

Series 2: The IT Crowd strikes back in the second series of the Bafta-nominated comedy from Graham Linehan (Father Ted, Black Books). Hook up with geeks Roy (Chris O'Dowd) and Moss (Richard Ayoade), plus relationship manager Jen (Katherine Parkinson) as they embark on a whole new level of adventures, including a trip to the gayest musical ever, an appearance on Dragon's Den, and a run-in with a German cannibal. With a stellar cast that includes Chris Morris (The Day Today), Noel Fielding (The Mighty Boosh) and Matt Berry (Garth Marenghi's Darkplace), The IT Crowd version 2.0 is easy to install, bug free and, above all, relentlessly funny.

Are they really making a Series 3? Hope so. Something original and different from standard comedies! Bought them last time the deal was posted, trying to convert them to put on my phone now! Wooo :) Heat added!

OK, I'm new(ish) to this site so forgive me if I'm missing something - but if you aren't bothered by a deal, why comment on it?

This is a cool series - consider it ordered! :)

Who's a peadophile?

That 'Gay the musical' episode from Series 2 was easily the best one though.

Not sure why you said that, everyone on this thread seems to be in agreement that this is a good show. Have you seen some of the other threads that go madly off-topic!? :w00t:

Anyway, Welcome to HUKD!

I might give this a miss though, as if they do make more, I'd rather have a complete boxset at that stage.

Easily one of my favourite comedies, if you haven't seen it then it's worth a punt at this price.

'The Work Outing' episode of series 2 is my absolute favourite as my numpty son did the same thing as Roy on his first day at work thinking the cord was connected to an extractor fan. He didn't pretend to be disabled though.

Excellent series, very funny.
Agree that the musical episode is the best, although really liked the dinner party too!
