In this classic crime film, small-time crook Charlie Croker (Michael Caine) organizes a motley group of thieves to steal four million worth of gold bullion from an armoured car in Turin, Italy. The mastermind of the heist is Mr. Bridger (Noel Coward), an experienced convict who has come up with the idea, but can't take part in its execution because he's in jail. To pull off the plan, the gang must tie up traffic in the center of the city to divert attention from the robbery, and ultimately make off with their booty undetected. The caper leads to one of the most exciting automobile chases ever filmed.

I have read quite a few reviews on this latest offering of the classic and all say how good the quality is. I look forward to seeing it for myself. Great film.
Fantastic quality on Blu-Ray. Shows what can be done with a bit of time and effort in restoration.
Link to Find DVD - prices all around the same mark. What site you use may depend on things like student discount, nectar points, Quidco etc.

Ordered from Amazon (Indigo Starfish) as I know I will get it and I just don't trust Sendit (never actually received an item from them) and have been waiting three weeks (from despatch) for the last item "sent" by The Hut.
Yeah i've never used them. I'll probably use Amazon as my other half gets 5% discount.
I got this a little while ago (from hmv due to student dicsount) and agree with the above that the quality is amazing! Its a shame as the old bonds dont look half as good as this, even though the transfer here proves it can be done with films from this generation.

Classic film obviously, well worth the money!
