Seen this in my local Co-op and bought it for my uncle (his 60th birthday no less). Cheaper than anywhere online.

Thanks to the OP for the heads-up, but my family and I saw ten minutes of this and found it to be awful, unwatchable rubbish, made without a scrap of respect or affection for the original, tarted up with smug slebs doing 'zany' voiceovers. It makes the Thunderbirds movie look like Citizen Kane.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but our family really enjoyed it with it's upbeat music and outstanding special features with Tom Baker keeping the Children happy with his questions about the film. Plus on the 2nd DVD there is interesting documentaries about the making of the original Magic Roundabout along with some of the episodes thrown in.

This really is a terrible film.
The best bit was Brian the snail shouting "chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarge!"
Thats it.
