Only 39 episodes????? When BBC childrens TV showed it many moons ago, it was like it was running for years. As it was on every week.

Deffo only 39 episodes.

Did see on the not so 100% truthful wiki that:

"Sequel cartoon
Three new seasons of 26 episodes each are confirmed and in progress. The design for the characters will be the same with some 3D graphic update. The production will begin late 2009 and the first season is due to air in 2011"

Balls, now I've got that tune in me head.

Children's BBC ran it twice in the late 80s so yes it did feel like it was on for years. Dogtanian and Around the World with Willy Fog had the same 'forever' feeling but only 20-odd episodes each I think.

Great find, ordered. I've been waiting for this to drop to a reasonable price, it's been £30+ for ages.

How come nobody has posted a youtube link of the theme tune. I remember knowing every word and singing along when childrens bbc broom cupboard presenter Andy Crane did a karaoke version. Showing my age now!

If you actually watch these, they aren't how you remember lol. The video looks grim, looks like VHS. They need to do a remake.
