Thanks, I just typed in Star Wars in the HMV search bar under DVDs. They have Episodes 1-3 for £5.99 each which is also a good price.
They (episodes 4 to 6) are the same price at Amazon too, (Though one is a pound more for some unknown reason) but you would have to buy at least 2 to get the free delivery.
Amazon also have the 4 CD box set of the original at £24.99 (full price £44.99) which might suite some people better or the limited edition tinned box set for a bit oround £33 for the collectors out there.
Not checked anywhere else.
Still not replaced my VHS copies but at these prices it's tempting....

At these prices they're not 'tempting' they're ESSENTIAL to a decent film collection!!...(& no, i'm not one of those people that think JEDI should be made a recognised religion)
Rep & thanks given to LEWMAN for the links - Emma...looking V. colourful today!!

Quidco's better via HMV than Amazon & you've the option of taking over the £35 mark for money off via vouchers too.

I'm going to disagree that these are essential. Warning for anyone who cares: The original films have not been cleaned up in any way, are not anamorphic, and only have Dolby 2.0 sound. They have been purposelly sabotaged by Lucas and if I certainly won't be lining his pockets for this non-effort. The special edition trilogy is still as much a travesty as when it first appeared.

Welcome to HotUKDeals new members here and Thanks for the pointer CHARLEYTHIRTYTWO :)

Was thinking of getting these, but if they're not remastered, maybe not such a good idea...

Can you suggest a better (importable?) version?
