This Version Apparently Has The Best Picture & Sound Quality Of All The Standard DVD Releases As It Was Remastered From The Original Negatives For This Release.

So If You Would Rather Have A Better Picture & Sound Quality Than A Load Of Extras Taking Up Disc Space, This Would Be The One To Go For.

The Thing That Won't Die, In The Nightmare That Won't End!
In this blazing, cinematic comic book, Arnold Schwarzenegger is perfectly cast as the fiercest and most relentless killing machine ever to threaten the survival of mankind! From the Oscar winning director of Titanic this fast-paced, cleverly conceived, rip roaring action adventure fires an arsenal of thrills, intriguing plot twists and heart-stopping suspense that never lets up for a minute!

In 2029, giant super-computers dominate the planet, hell-bent on exterminating the human race! And to destroy man's future by changing the past, they send an indestructible cyborg - a Terminator - back in time to kill Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton), the woman whose unborn son will become mankind's only hope. Can Sarah protect herself from this unstoppable menace to save the life of her unborn child? Or will the human race be extinguished by one mean hunk of mutant metal?

Dont Forget Quidco Or TopCashback If You Use Them!

It's a bad habit I picked up from work (and I had to go back and delete more than one capital letter while typing this) :-D

Good deal, if its as good as the last reviewer on play says it is then it might be worth picking this up. These old films generally don't end up looking that great when converted to bluray so this is probably going to be the best value version for quite some time.

Heat added! was gonna get this from asda but was £4.99 last time i was in the store!

I picked up the Definitive (2 disc) set a couple of months back which should essentially be the same as this transfer-wise (includes the DTS 5.1) and it certainly has the original theatrical burnt in subtitles at the beginning instead of the player generated ones from the previous release(s).

It's getting almost as bad as Star Wars for re-releases...

Just out of curiosity, where do you work that requires you to capitalise every word in a sentence? :-D

There's a guy in our place that always finishes sentences like this..................... Then carries on with another and finishes it like this................. I've never understood why................ Does anyone here have a suggestion??????????????????

It's not taught in work and It's very annoying. :)

Media Presentations, its very common to start each letter with a capital to help make titles stand out. You probably wont even notice it even while surfing the internet but you will now, especially in menus and main links. Or on DVD menu's every word normally starts with capital letters, obviously not in any main chunks of text (which is normally copied and pasted from information the client has provided). When you have been in "Capital" mode for a few hours, it is very easy to continue in that mode when you type.
