Also sorry some people are so negative about the place. But i don't think children are as fussy at the end of the day

Good deal but how does a small child prove its address? Their grandparents live in PR, was hoping to get away with it

I have just purchased 3 this morning 2 of them being for my children & the 3rd for a friend of one of my daughter whom has a different surname & actually lives in the Lake District! I presented my council tax bill showing my FY residence, which & the lady that served me just briefly glanced at, filled in a short form for each of the 3 kids & handed them back along with the passport pictures & cash.

All done & dusted in 5 minutes tops & no questions asked regarding our little Cumbrian friend :)

Download & print the annual pass application for here to fill in at home if you prefer
A letter with an address on supposed it would need to be same surname as child. They wouldn't know if it was you or grandparent.
If you live close what a great offer. It's cheaper than one visit to most places. Heat from me c

People getting nasty because they wasn't able to order any. It wasn't just posted here it was also on Facebook for everyone to see. If you want to go that bad, pay full price.

haha was thinking the same , carnt complain at a company for offering something for free!

They will very unlikely offer anything like this again due to how angry people have got

Ruin it for everyone. On the bright side, I managed to get 2 :D

That should be an everyday price. £60 on the day or £30 prebooked online is a proper steal, but I shouldn't be surprised. Welcome to rip off Britain. :)

? It's £12.95 on the day, or £9.95 pre-booked.
Oh yes, I got the best deals page...

Just randomly went on - found some 14th may left - 5 child 5 adults. But the terms and conditions say it's an open ended ticket! So i managed to bag them. Email confirmation too saying they are open dated. Even though visit day states today the 14th. Rang to check and they are infact open dated. So yay!!! Got me some tower fun!!!!!

did your order the child ones specifically ?
No i chose adults and 5 childs and got them all for 60p. Flabbergasted really. After being on since 11am then seeing the site crash at 11:45. Then refreshing like crazy it seemed like i wasn't getting anywhere. I finally got to the booking page, chose my tickets but then the site went down due to maintenence issues. I rang the number on the maintenence page who told me that they had all sold out within 4 minutes 26 seconds. I was told to ring Merlin direct to see what they could do but they couldn't do anything. I then popped back on the page and wierdly was able to buy them at around 1:02. So they musn't of been sold out! I chose todays date the 14th. But rang up straight away to check and was told that the small print/terms and conditions state its an open-dated ticket so i can use it whenever i choose between now and the 9th. It was all a bit of a faff to be honest. So much hassle for something that should of been a celebratory event. They didn't handle it very well either. Hope lots of other people got theirs too

I am absolutely baffled by this. The only thing i can think of is that the staff are not being briefed properly about it. Did you speak to a manager about it?
Has anybody else had any problems?

No, just booked for me and my wife going this saturday and was charged the £1.75 once, great deal, does this price include going up the tower too?

Includes everything. A group of us went a couple of weeks ago. Prices inside the Tower aren't stupid either, good looking Roast Dinners in the cafe too.

Must admit the Circus wasn't quite up to the usual standard. Whilst still being excellent, the show did seem to be "padded" and didn't contain as many acts as previous years (I've seen the show around 4 times in the 5 years)..

Is the £1.75 booking fee per person?

i went at the start of this month, cost me a tenner to park the car ,went to the tower and it was shut, went to the sea-life centre cost nearly 30 quid to get in and it was the biggest waste of cash ,ps dont get the bus as it was £5 for 1 stop
Sounds like a good place for a visit, but the ticket deals aren't anything to write home about. This way works out at £10 each, child or adult, while if you pay at the gate it is still only £10 for kids and £12 for adults. Try and use any other discount option at the gate though, such as tesco clubcards or the pdf voucher listed for free child admission in post 17 of this thread , and the 'regular' admission prices kick back in to stop you getting proper discount - it suddenly becomes £17 for adults.
Thanks just booked some tickets, heat added:thumbsup:
