  Not really, I think the posted deal is better given that the price difference is only £8 (when the eCoupon discount applied on the Lenovo site).
  Key difference is the processor, these X series are new generation Intel i3 and the S series you mentioned has the AMD version of dual core Atom (although E450 is better with onboard GPU). New gen i3 is way better in comparison. This would have been hot had the OP taken a bit more effort in posting the right links and indicating the eCoupon discount (£337.67 with code EASTER10) and the final price clearly.
