Over the years the World's Strongest Man has provided amazing action, spectacular settings and a cast of contestants to set the heart racing. Now, for the first time, this iconic competition's past glories can be found in one incredible DVD.

From the very first event at Universal Studios, California right up to the 2008 finals in Charleston, West Virginia, this documentary captures all the great feats of strength and remarkable action that make World's Strongest Man what it is today.

Interviews with the show's founder, Barry Frank as well as multi-title heroes, Bill Kazemaier, Geoff Capes and Magnus ver Magnusson help bring the last thirty years to life.

Thanks, makes a great present for my brother.
Geoff Capes = Legend

Thanks, ordered.
what did he do that was legendary

He won the World's Strongest Man a few times which is what he is most famous for, and came runner-up a few times too.

Not to mention a world champion budgerigar breeder :w00t:

It'll probably mean a lot more to you if you watched telly in the early 80s as a kid.
He won it twice and came second twice or to put it correctly was the first loser twice and a loser in all the other non first places as well :w00t:
not exactly legandary stuff :w00t:

as for being legandary for breeding budgies :whistling:

My mention of him being a budgie breeding legend was fimly tongue in cheek.

However, the mighty Geoff Capes is still a definite legend, and I suspect even these days you would be advised not to call him a loser to his face or he might pull your house down.
