Received mine the other day absolute bargain for £3.99 includes 2 dvds, a poster and book gift set.

The Great Discovery DVD: join Thomas on an exciting adventure that sees him getting lost in the mountains, uncovering a lost village and meeting a new tank engine friend called Stanley. Narrated by Pierce Brosnan and featuring six sing-a-long songs.

Hero of the Rails DVD: whilst out racing with Spencer, Thomas comes across an old, abandoned engine called Hiro, who looks set to be sent to the smelter’s yard. Can Thomas and his friends save poor Hiro from his fate? Bonus features include two games and a sing-a-long song.

Scratch and Show Activity Book: scratch the panels to reveal hidden clues in this exciting activity book. Includes a press-out Thomas card game!

Wall poster: this full-colour poster comes free and shows Thomas and his pals in all their glory. It’s bound to be displayed with pride!

I can't checkout either, so I have sent them an email using their online form.
It says:
Thank you for your feedback.
A member of our Customer Service Team will review your comments and will take appropriate action. We may contact you again should it be deemed necessary, but please rest assured that your query will be dealt with.

I ordered stuff (jewellery) twice from this site. Both times the sale all went through, but no confirmation e-mail arrived. I e-mailed customer services and eventually they suggested I phone through the order. I duly did so, the bloke said they'd been having problems with the website, and took the order. No confirmation number (but I have his name!), but sadly so far no jewellery and no debit from my credit card. I think you would have to REALLY want this Thomas set to go through all this....

Seems that Readers Digest just want your details so they can bombard us with rubbish thro the post and email. :(

"We confirm receipt of your order on Wednesday 15 June, 2011"
But nothing as yet...... :(
And no response the feedback form that I completed on the 12th June. Very poor customer service in my opinion. Don't think I shall be purchasing much from them in the future......
