Word of warning: even if you do find them. I had some delivered about 3 weeks ago and they just came in a big blue sack wit no protection and all boxes were very badly damaged. They have taken them back but have only refunded for 1/2 of them. I'm awaiting result on other half!!!

I got it, to be honest its pretty ****. The picture shows it as a nice night light, its not, its complete garbage (unless Im doing something wrong??) as it throws about as much light as a lit fart, the torch isnt much better. Little lad still likes it and this is a good price but be warned, dont expect it to be like the Argos picture.

Either yours is broke, or you're expecting too much from a night light.
When it's in night-light mode, it's supposed to throw out a bit of light, so they can see it and be reassured if they stir in the night. It's not really supposed to throw out enough to do some spot welding.
My three year old has had one since his first birthday and he loves it. And it's a good re-chargeable torch to boot.

If it was any brighter your child would be up all night!!

Has anyone noticed how they are also selling these under cat number 047/1505 for £19.77... these ones are surprisingly in stock in my store :?

Wonder if there's any way round that... :whistling:

hmmm i also got one of these a few weeks back for my little boy when they were one "special offer" for about a tenner......tbh - my little boy likes it but i have found that if you leave it on all night having charged it up (or if its plugged in) the light seems to dim excessively.......its deffo not as bright as when we first got it..... :? but even so, for this current price i'd get one....not worth much more than the £5 though - i feel a tad ripped off for the tenner pmsl but then i am a tightwad LOL.....i just feel for those who might have spent the "rrp" on this item......though to be honest i havent ever seen it NOT on offer which maybe should tell us all something LOL :whistling:

Im aware of the point of a night light and dont tend to do spot welding in the house since the great fire of 92, however, the picture shown with the product IS misleading and that was my point  It throws out a very dim blue light yet the picture in the book under "night light" shows a brightish white glow... have a look and tell me if yours looks anything like this, if so mine is indeed defective...... or I need to eat more carrots!!! :-D

I got one for my son and we can have it on all night for at least two nights before it needs charged - how long do you charge it for before you turn it on?
