Good deal for the lead but nonsense description by the company:

"High Performance"

All HDMI cables have the same performance no matter how much they cost

£13 is way more than you should be paying for a hdmi cable.

Then post it as a "deal"

You wonder how many members buy a thing like this, then try to vindicate their purchase price by offering it up on HUKD :?

Not really.

Seeing is believing. But until you see you wont change your mind.

I have had a Thor hdmi cable on my PS3 now for a couple of years, some time ago I swapped it for a cheapo hdmi cable and there was no difference at all to my eyes.

Tried it with a BluRay film and have my PS3 hooked up to a full 1080P LCD.

Agree with others on the numerous hdmi cable debates ; it works or it doesn't.

To the deal itself, yes its a good deal for a Thor as they are normally more expensive, and until someone finds the same one cheaper its surely hot ?

Very cold. As it's cheap for a Thor just means Thor are generally ripping poor non-understanding customers off with fancy packaging. A HDMI cable is a HDMI cable whether it be a £1 one from Poundland or an expensively packaged one from Thor. Ohh and yes Poundland actually do sell them for £1

I think you mis-understood my post.

I have a Thor Hdmi cable.
I compared it with a cheap one bought for a couple of quid.
I saw no difference.

Cheaper one wins for me hands down.

There are still a large number of folks buying Hdmi cables and the like at silly prices, for those folks its a hot deal as there saving.
To vote cold surely you need to find a Thor branded one cheaper ?
