  IWOOT have very poor customer service, they're part of the HUT Group.
  Please just buy it from a Thorntons shop instead, it'll save you so much grief.

  
  I'm not entirely sure how using petrol to get to a thorntons shop would be less grief than sitting at my comp clicking a few buttons. I don't think I'll have much trouble with the item not working or coming without instructions

  Ordered two for free as my voucher would have gone to waste anyway. Knew those four boxes of Matchmakers I scoffed over Xmas would have a purpose! I've still got three £2 Zavvi codes too, I wonder if these can be combined together for £6 off one order - anyone advise?
