I don't know if I'm just unlucky, but the last few t-shirts I got we're nowhere near as good quality as the older ones. Anybody else feel the same, or was it just me. They seemed to lose their shape when washed whereas the ones I got a few years ago are still going strong.

Hot! Love Threadess tees... time to order more.

I have found the sizes are different, my large shirts from last year are fine but the latest large ones seem way too big :(

This is a hot deal (their t-shirts are still cheap), but the quality has definitely dropped considerably.

I'm actually wearing one today that's about three years old - it's kept its shape really well and is still in good nick considering its age. But ones I've bought much more recently (like this year) have shrunk considerably and seem much more prone to getting damage (holes etc).
#13
They used to have amazing t-shirts adn now its all balls logos adn stupid text and 'funny/ironic' phrases. What a shame. They have taken a real nose dive. Still one or two good ones but in general naff geek mr/ms look at my funny tshirt type stuff that you can get printed down the local flea market. Stillsome good stuff. As a deal it's hot

+1

I have always been keen on t-shirts from the US as I found them to be such a good weight, and even if they faded they kept their shape and would last for years. I went for the last Threadless offer on here a few months back and when it arrived I was really disappointed: thin, flimsy shirts, the sort of crud you could pick up at any UK market stall, and IMHO not worth the effort or the time involved importing them from the US (and customs completely missed my last order, fwiw...)

So thanks, but won't be bothering again.

That is because the offer doesnt start until 3pm.

I made an order at 12.30pm!!!! Grrr!!!

Don't worry, I've gone and cancelled it now, I'll re-order later on.

I'm going for the 3 keyboard cat moon t-shirt (a bit weird I know)
#22
Does this include TypeTees? Nothing left for my size on Threadless. Medium always sells out :(
#23
Does anyone know how much import duty is on clothing? I've tried looking it up but it's very confusing. Since most of the shirts I like are awkward prices to fit under the £18 barrier, would it be doable to send them all individually (4 or 5 shirts in total) to avoid paying duty?
#24
I bought 5 from Threadless once, I can't remember the value but the import was around £10, sorry that's not exact but will give you an idea.

Just to note - "With effect from 1 December 2008, customs duty will not be applied on goods with a value less than £105."

VAT still will be charged above £18, but Import duty wont. I was caught recently on an item marked at $125 and it wasn't too bad.

You don't have to order T-Shirts... they have long sleeves, hoodies, etc etc!

Because free shipping will be in effect, just order one Tee at a time, and you won't get stung by customs. You won't save any money by buying in bulk anyway! :D
#30
Looks like Amba_Gambla is going to post his/her selection of Tees as individual deals...

unnecessary imo....
