Can imagine there'll be some delay, they are 30 years behind uk

Wish they would include Canada

And Spain too.

Spain is probably the country everyone has been waiting for. Interestingly Spain is also a country where Google Maps cannot be cached/stored offline.
If on Three's PAYG 321 remember that buying 2 x £5 top ups give 2 x 160MByte free data - 160MB more than a £10 top up.

Use Navfree for free preloaded Spanish maps.

2GIS offers best free predownloaded satnav maps but countries are very limited.

You can't use 321 data rates in a feel at home country. You have to buy a top up, then convert it into a monthly add on to use it in a feel at home country.

More like 10 years ahead, with a better climate, lovely people, and ***customer service***. As a smaller economy, there are admittedly some problems with lack of competition, e.g. in banking and mobile network provision.

That makes this deal HOT.

It's good to see Spain is also going to be included in April . That should be a big selling point for them as most people go to Spain on holiday .

Cant wait for Germany to be added.

Typical. I'm with 3 and I'm going to New Zealand end of Jan returning end of Feb Grrrrrr.
Was in Ireland last year and hadn't realized that I had to phone them to set up roaming as well as doing it on my phone.

How did you enable roaming on your phone? I thought it was just a call to them in the first instance. Or are you talking about data roaming?

are you sure about that? I also thought I could use my normal data rates in a feel at home country? I did in America last year, didn't have to buy a bundle or anything. top up 10 quid get 150free MB.

if you get 150 free MB with a 10 top up, how do you get 160free MB with a 5 top up? lol

Arghh.. I'm going to New Zealand in Feb and returning last week of March, Sod's law!

I disagree. I came back from living there. Public transport is pretty rare. It rained most of the time. Business attitudes are very backwards when I've had to deal with them. Good luck with any sort of reliable and competitive prices anywhere on the north or south islands. And fashion well...

hmmm k so I didn't know that. just topped up a 5er and got 150mb free, awesome. at least now I've doubled my MB doing two 5ers. thanks for that.

still not sure about the bundle thing mind you. going to Sweden in a few weeks, well find out for sure then! lol

Been there twice I think, and then another 60 or so other countries. It isn't in my top 10 holiday destinations.

I still keep my New Zealand SIM card in preparation of returning. Looks like I can leave it to expire.

And for those who think it is 10 years behind, the people are also, i.e. they are nice, down to earth, say what they mean and would go out of their way to help you.
#22
so where it says on the the website, that it comes out of your allowance, that's referring to the bundle, not your credit? I'm so so so sure I read somewhere on the three website last week that surfing, costs 1p per MB, calls 2p and texts 3p.... in relation to abroad too, not domestic... will have to try and find it.

I make use of feel at home regularly, I can confirm it will not be 1p,2p and 3p. That's uk only, you need to get an addon for it to be included FOC.

Yes, I will give you fashion (at least, "average fashion" as there are many top Kiwi designers such as Rebecca Taylor, Karen Walker and Emilia Wickstead) and public transport. More rain in many places, but it blows through pretty quickly!

Not so sure about business attitudes. Public services such as health and education are excellent.

Lol, had to like this one, I don't go to Spain either. In fact, with the way they treat Brits who move there, I doubt I'll ever go to Spain for either holiday, or to reside.

Just a heads up but Threes new partner in France is Orange France. In Italy it's Three Italia or Wind. I got this info this morning from a very nice Indian Three support lady when my phone stopped working in France

You can use the free data associated with a top up in my experience; but agree you have to spend some of your top up on a 30 day add-on.

Yeah, and us Brits treat immigrants SO well.

I actually feel that they should have this deal exclusively if your in a contract only.
let's face it this deal is a loss leader but if they get flooded like they did when they used to do the one plan for £15 a month with unlimited everything eventually it became unsustainable and I think this promo would go the same way unless they get more value to there business
But if only payg do it with the odd fiver he or there then where's the value there??
If your on a contract you pay the money to there business you should get the best deal??

Remember feel at Home only gives you UK call rates when calling the UK, NOT when calling local (abroad) numbers.
#34
I wad just trawling the three website looking to get the 321 SIM and the way I interested all the information was that the feel at home rate only works for PAYG if you buy an add on, which only start at £10.

I can't speak for those on contracts, though.

Wish they would add the Netherlands as well.

You can't get cheap calls to local Australian numbers, but otherwise yes, you get inclusive data and calls back to the UK. Not sure how to paste a table, but you can probably decipher the below data.

Roaming charges.
Australia is a Feel At Home destination.

This means you can use your device there at no extra cost. Calls and texts back to the UK and using data will come out of any Pay As You Go Add-on allowance you have. If you don't have an add-on, you'll need to get one so that you have an allowance to enjoy Feel At Home with.

PAYG roaming charges. If you still have Add-on allowance remaining. If you've gone over or don't have an Add-on allowance.
Calling a UK number. Comes out of your allowance. 15.6p per minute.
Calling an Australian number. 15.6p per minute. 15.6p per minute.
Texts to UK. Comes out of your allowance. 4.9p per text.
Texting an Australian number. 4.9p per text. 4.9p per text.
Receiving calls from any number. Free. Free.
Receiving texts from any number. Free. Free.
Using internet and data. Comes out of your allowance. 10p per MB.
Using voicemail. Comes out of your allowance. 15.6p per minute.
