If you want some portable iPod speakers that really stand out, here's a set that's all ready to deliver some serious block rockin' beats "" the iBlock!

Styled like kids' building blocks for a funky look and with an in-your-face 'Active Bass System', they punch well above their weight in the sound stakes too!

With volume controls that are cunningly disguised as part of the building block design on the front of the speaker, the iBlock is a clever bit of kit that's an essential iPod accessory!

Available in various colours including black, red and white.

Product Description
These cool iBlock iPod Speakers are the perfect portable iPod accessory. Styled to look like toy building blocks these fully iPod compatible stereo speakers are a great way to share music with your friends or listen without headphones. Featuring a docking connector that's fully compatible with the iPod Classic Nano Mini and Touch they're small enough to fit in your pocket or bag with your iPod. Taking their power from the iPod these speakers don't require batteries or an external power supply so are perfect for holidays camping or even just a day trip to the park! Despite their small size they punch above their weight in the volume stakes with a bright clear response. A special 'Active Bass System' that boosts the bass also means that they don't sound tinny which can be a problem with some mini-speakers. A cool little feature is that the volume controls are cunningly disguised as part of the building block design on the front of the speaker. Speaker output 0.25W Please note that they will not work with the latest 3g nano or the second generation iPod Touch or iPhone.

Ive got one of these and it was gud. Took it on hols amd it was all i needed, quality is gud. It doesnt sound like a mobile but yes the quality isnt as gud as it is through headphones but excelllent ifu want portable speakers

Shouldn't the little plastic base have come with your iPod?

And these things are ok for the price. They go pretty loud considering it's small size, but as has been said they sound very tinny, with no bass. As cool as it looks, it's worth spending a bit more for something with a a better sound.

These are OK at this price not hifi but better than most mobiles that the neds round here own. There great attraction is they are very small. Any other speakers are bigger that the Ipod this one fits in your trouser pocket. (Unless you are Russell Brand). On the RTFM front when I got these I thought they were to quiet but eventually dicovered that two of the Lego pips are volume controls.
