Good Band. Not sure about "Shiny Happy People" but its not on this album.

Best of? A more appropriate title would be 'best-selling'. Creatively, 1988 marks the beginning of a gradual decline for R.E.M. IMHO.

Still, if you want a summary of their late-era stuff, minus 'Shiny Happy People', four quid's a fair price.

Have some heat.

Neither were the band themselves hence the song's absence.
